High Ground Elixir was founded by Jessie and Jeff Zachowski—two creative minds with wildly different feelings about mushrooms, and one shared vision: bring mushroom goodness to the people without the mushroom taste.
Jessie has always had a thing for mushrooms. Coming from a culture where they were used as both food and medicine, she understood their benefits from an early age. Throw in her love for strawberries, and High Ground became the perfect way to make her two favorite things finally work together. The result? A drink that feels as good as it tastes. It’s no wonder Strawberry Peach is the fan favorite!
Jeff is the wildly imaginative force behind everything visual at High Ground. He’s the guy who can make a label sing and a can feel like a conversation starter. He also hated mushrooms. So, naturally, we made a mushroom drink he now hoards like it’s going out of stock. His honest taste buds were our greatest R&D tool—if it passed the Jeff test, we knew we had something special.
